The St. John's Boys' Choir

The St. John's Boys' Choir offers an enriching experience in music education with an emphasis in vocal music, as well as the socializing experiences of shared enterprise, fellowship, cultural awareness, and touring for boys ages 8-15. The choir promotes vocal music education in Central Minnesota and offers the unique experience of a well-trained boys' choir to its audiences.

As the boys wrap up the 2011-12 season, they have one more visit to a local community. On Sunday, May 20 the boys of the Concert Choir will travel to Sartell, MN to minister at Celebration Lutheran Church at the 8:30 and 10:30 am services. All are welcome! Thanks to all who joined us in St. Cloud, Princeton, Staples, Duluth, and Sauk Rapids earlier in the season. Stay tuned for details on where we'll be next year!

To close out our "Green Year", SJBC will present a unique performance at Calvary Community Church in St. Cloud. "On Tour 2012: All the Earth Sing Forth" is a creative program that will utilize images and movement to enhance an incredible variety of music spanning 9 languages and including selections from Australia, Brazil, Estonia, India, Japan, Peru, South Africa, and Sudan.
