The St. John's Boys' Choir offers an enriching experience in music education with an emphasis in vocal music, as well as the socializing experiences of shared enterprise, fellowship, cultural awareness, and touring for boys ages 8-15. The choir promotes vocal music education in Central Minnesota and offers the unique experience of a well-trained boys' choir to its audiences.

COMING UP: OCTOBER 15-16

SJBC will present its first feature performance of its 30th Anniversary season in style with the 2010 version of Boys on Broadway. This annual theatrical event will be sure to thrill as the boys perform some of your favorite numbers from Broadway's greatest shows, including a salute to George Gershwin, complete with staging, choreography, costumes, sets, lights, and the musical contribution of the George Maurer Jazz Group. CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF SONG

Founded in 1981 by Br. Paul Richards and the monks of Saint John's Abbey, The St. John's Boys' Choir has grown to become one of the most respected boys' choir programs in the United States. Join us in 2010-2011 as we celebrate 30 years of remarkable achievements of the 500 boys who have sung with the choir. Special alumni involvement will be present at concerts throughout the season.
