The St. John's Boys' Choir offers an enriching experience in music education with an emphasis in vocal music, as well as the socializing experiences of shared enterprise, fellowship, cultural awareness, and touring for boys ages 8-15. The choir promotes vocal music education in Central Minnesota and offers the unique experience of a well-trained boys' choir to its audiences.
A Ceremony of Carols

This Friday, December 19 at 7:30 pm, the boys will present their annual Christmas concert in the Cathedral of St. Mary, St. Cloud. Come hear the Concert Choir, JV Choir and Alumni Chorus with orchestra, performing selections from Benjamin Britten's "Ceremony of Carols" as well as several contemporary Christmas compositions and seasonal favorites. ONLINE TICKETS SALES ARE NOW CLOSED. PLEASE PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR. Doors open at 7:00 pm, but arrive early if you want to get tickets before we sell out! The boys will also join with the Saint John's Abbey Schola for Mass on Christmas Eve, with a concert starting at 9:30 pm and Mass at 10:00 pm.


KidSing 2015

SJBC will team up with our the SCSU Cantabile Girls' Choir to present the annual Central Minnesota Children's Singing Festival - KidSing! The festival is open to all children in Grades 3, 4 or 5. Participants will spend the day learning music, meeting new friends, and engaging in fun social activities with more than 200 other children from the Central Minnesota community, before presenting a concert at the end of the day.
