The St. John's Boys' Choir offers an enriching experience in music education with an emphasis in vocal music, as well as the socializing experiences of shared enterprise, fellowship, cultural awareness, and touring for boys ages 8-15. The choir promotes vocal music education in Central Minnesota and offers the unique experience of a well-trained boys' choir to its audiences.
Christmas at Saint John's

SJBC kicks off its run Christmas performances with an appearance at the annual Christmas at Saint John's (December 4 & 5 in the Great Hall) and Celebrating the Season (December 5 at the Basilica of St. Mary, Minneapolis) concerts hosted by the CSB/SJU choirs. TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT ARE SOLD OUT.

An All-College Christmas

The JV Choir will be guests of the CSB/SJU All-College Choirs for the annual All-College Christmas (December 6 in the Great Hall). FREE ADMISSION. The JV will also perform at Hometown Christmas at Sartell Country Manor on December 12.

A Ceremony of Carols

The highlight of SJBC's Christmas season, all the choirs will join with the SJBC Orchestra, Alumni Chorus and harpist Dr. Rachel Brandwein to present A Ceremony of Carols - our annual Christmas concert at the Cathedral. The concert includes Benjamin Britten's Christmas choral masterpiece as well as other new and familiar carols. This is one of the true highlights of the SJBC season, so don't miss it! Christmas Eve at the Abbey

SJBC wraps up it's Christmas season with its oldest tradition - Christmas Eve Mass in the Abbey Church. The boys will join the Saint John's Abbey Schola to present a concert at 9:30 pm followed by Mass at 10:00 pm with Abbot John Klassen and the monastic community. More than a thousand people attend this beautiful liturgy each year. Come be part of a truly special Collegeville tradition. Reception in the Great Hall to follow.
